Cancellation Policy

Pool openings include priming and starting up equipment, ensuring gaskets, plugs, and filters are in place, and clearing of basic obstructions that will cause equipment errors. Any cleanup of algae, vacuuming and netting, water balancing and testing are extra services that can be booked at any time. Any issues with the state of equipment from sitting over the winter will be addressed with customers on as an needed basis and any equipment repair will be booked at the current labor rate of $80/hr to assess and troubleshoot issues. Quotes for pump repair and other issues will be quoted individually.
