Service Description
$80 call-out fee, which covers the first 30 minutes of work. After the initial half hour, the rate is $80 per hour.
Cancellation Policy
Labor beyond 30 minutes will be charged at an hourly rate of $50/hour for maintenance and $80/hour for anything considered service and repair. 24 hour notice is required for cancellation, customers are required to have their own vacuum hose, poles, nets, and chemical products. Anything provided to the customer and left on site for customer use is a billable charge - this includes chemical products required to make adjustments for water sanitation and water balancing. Gaskets, nets, or minor parts for equipment including o-rings, plugs, gauges, and plastic goods are also extra.
